I had an incredible stay at this boutique hotel right in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. The atmosphere was perfect, and despite the nearby nightlife, I slept soundly every night. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained and create a relaxing oasis, although the pool area could use a few minor repairs. The staff truly made the experience special with their warmth and attention, and the breakfast options were varied and delicious. On the downside, the noise from the clubs can be a downside at night, and a few maintenance issues popped up in the room, but overall, it was a delightful experience.
